Just install my tapo c202, its working fine if i use with same WIFI/network connection, but if i use mobile data, it will be very delayed.

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. What phenomenon are you experiencing when controlling the camera remotely? For example, load the camera's live feed and video recordings slowly, or have other phenomena.
2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to check its firmware version and RSSI value(by tapping the Wi-Fi icon).
3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version?
4. Do you have a fast and stable internet connection on your phone when using mobile data or connecting to other Wi-Fi networks?
