I've got a Tapo C560WS and they advocate that the model support face recognition.
I do find this feature in Tapo APP. But when I try to upload my photo from my iphone, it always fails.
Does anyone knows how to deal with this issue?

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon for further analysis.
1. What's the camera's firmware version and hardware version? You can find them on the Device Settings > Device Info page.
2. Please go to the Tapo app > Me > About page to check the Tapo app's version. You can uninstall it and reinstall the latest version for a try.
3. Please ensure the photo you try to upload has a clear face. Then please check the photo's size on your phone.
4. You can try to upload the photo on a different phone if you have one.
5. Would you please send us a screenshot of the error message that appears in the Tapo app after failing to upload the photo?
