24/7 recording
Hi I bought this Tapo c246d which I thought can continuously records 24/7 but unfortunately it seems that it is not! I put SanDisk high endurance 128gb micro SD card. Went to the schedule recording settings, set to continuously recording 24/7. But unfortunately, it still only records event setting. Can someone help me set up continuous recording 24/7 please? Tapo support team, please help?

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, please ensure the Local Recording option is enabled. Then please send me a screenshot of the Recording Schedule page.
2. On the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, please send me a screenshot of this page.
