How to fix a position for tapo c200 camera
Every time the light goes and when it reconnect with the camera goes to a weird position I want to fix that position how can I do it. please refer the picture below, it's facing upwards

Does the reported phenomenon occur after a power outage to the camera?
What's the camera's position before it reboots? Usually, the camera will remain in the same position after rebooting.
Do you have an SD card inserted into the camera? If so, please remove the SD card and ensure the camera is powered with the original power adapter and power cord.
