Can't start the loop rec: when I start the rec, it stops when I close the app on my mobile. The loop in enabled in app .... Any ideas?

Hi,
If you want the camera to record video continuously, please insert an SD card into the camera, then follow the instructions below to set up the storage settings in the Tapo app for your camera.
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
