Hi guys 

Can someone point me in the right direction or atleast explain to me what is going on. 

I've had my c250ws cameras for atleast over a year and have worked flawlessly while ive had a SD card inserted. 

I bought a h500 in the last couple of months to act as a central recording hub for a few of my devices as I wanted to have a more secure place to record my footage incase the cameras got stolen/broken as one of my neighbours has taken up D××g dealing.  

I keep getting blocks of times sometimes a matter of seconds to literally hours ( last night it stopped at 20:30 and all the way through to the time of posting this) not recording even though the settings are set to continuous, the privacy option hasn't been activated, ive had the cameras randomly rebooting themselves multiple times of the day whether I have a schedule or not to auto reboot. 

I can watch the camera on live view use the record/snap buttons as should be able to ect yet this record issue is becoming a joke now.  

I dont know if this is a h500 issue or a issue with the C520WS. 

My C520WS are connected via wifi as I haven't got round to running ethernet to them ( in all fairness ive not had to as wifi signal has never been a issue) my hub is hard wired, all the cameras have had the wifi back up turned on/off connected via the hubs wifi or the home wifi. 

Im also getting this issue with my d235 and c310 v.2 (hardwired)  

I have multiple tapo cameras around my property and when they had only micro sd cards to record to i had none of those issue and still dont, 

Going by how im still getting similar issues with different models regardless how they are connected im putting it down to the h500 but unsure if there's a handshake issue with them as I have to manually reboot for it all tp be happy again
