Problème qualité vidéo en mode nuit
Bonjour,
J'ai un problème quand je regarde le live de ma caméra en mode nuit la vidéo est grisé régulièrement.
Avez-vous ce problème ?

Hi,
Usually, when the camera works in Night mode, you will see a black-and-white live view page in the Tapo app.
Would you please send us a screenshot of your camera's live view page showing the reported phenomenon? You can upload the screenshot to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
By the way, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings page to see which mode is selected.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information and provide us with the corresponding screenshots for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Live View page, please set the video mode to Day mode rather than Auto at night, then send us a screenshot of the live view page.
2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings page, select Infrared mode. Then, choose Night mode on the camera's Live View page at night, and send us a screenshot of the live view page. Please also check if the two IR LEDs will turn on after Night mode is selected.
3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings page, select Full-color mode. Then, choose Night mode on the camera's Live View page at night, and send us a screenshot of the live view page.

Thank you for the screenshots and information provided. In your situation, please go to the camera's Device Settings page to tap the Reboot Camera option when the live feed page is grayed out, and then check if it helps.
If the phenomenon remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Whether the camera's live view page is normal during daytime when the video mode is set to Auto?
2. Can you share a picture showing the camera's installation environment?
3. Are there any other IR LEDs besides the camera at night?
