Panorámica Giro Cursor Punto de vista establecido
Buenas tardes, tengo un problema con par de cámaras nuevas Tapo C530WS, el primero es que al seleccionar panorámica y hacer girar mediante el cursor (flechas) o al activar un punto de vista establecido, se pone a girar como si estuviera reiniciándose y vuelve a donde estaba antes. Y así siempre. Solo cuando se activa la luz, si puede hacerlo (girar manualmente y elegir puntos de vista establecidos). Está actualizada al último firmware.

1. What's your phone's model number and OS version? Please go to the Me > About page in the Tapo app to check the app's version.
2. Have you powered on the camera with the original power adapter and cord that comes with the camera in the package, rather than an extension cord?
3. Do you mean the camera works fine when the spotlight is turned on?
4. Would you please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon? You can use your phone's screen recorder feature to record a video and send it to us. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Sí, la cámara se está conectando con el cargador original TP-Link de la cámara ( 9V - 0.85A)
Sí, cuando el foco, luces, están activadas, sí suele funcionar la función de cursor, flechas de panorámica y girar también a puntos de vista establecidos.

1. The Tapo app is not the latest one. Please uninstall it on your phone, then go to Google Play to download and install the latest Tapo app, and then check if it helps.
2. Just double-confirm, is the camera powered by the original power cable rather than an extension cable?
3. Please try to reproduce the reported phenomenon and refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.

Intentaré descargar la última versión de la app Tapo, aunque creo que es la última.
Las cámaras si están conectadas a la fuente de alimentación original, aunque si tienen alargador de cable unos cuantos metros (Unos 12 metros de cable alargador)
Por favor, dime paso a paso como subir el vídeo a un link para poder enviártelo. No he podido completar este paso. No lo veía en las opciones de Google Drive.

The phenomenon you reported is very likely related to the use of an extension power cable. Please connect the camera to the original power adapter and power cord, then check whether it works.
