Can't connect to Internet " connected/no Internet access"
Hello team. How should I fix my camera or figure out my camera has an malfunction.
I tried several times to setup my device but no results. Looks like it is connected/no Internet access. Any help will be very useful.

Hi,
It's normal if you see 'connected/no internet access' when connecting your phone to the camera's default SSID during configuration. As you can see in the following instructions > Configuration > Step 3, you need to connect your phone to the camera's default SSID (which has no internet connection), then back to the Tapo app to find the camera, and then connect it to the home Wi-Fi.
How to set up the Tapo camera
If you see the message in the other steps, please describe your configuration steps in detail and send us a screenshot of the error message you encountered so I can better help you.
By the way, what's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to your router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi?
