Boas pessoal. 

 

Tenho um videoporteiro D235 que se encontra ligado ao Wi-Fi corretamente. O meu equipamento (telemóvel) se estiver ligado na mesma rede Wi-Fi do D235 demora imenso tempo a conseguir visualizar ou atender. Se for por dados móveis funciona perfeitamente ou se estiver ligado a outra rede Wi-Fi. 

Já testei inúmeras coisas e nada resolveu, estou para devolver isto... Tenho 7 câmaras tapo tudo funciona perfeitamente... ter um videoporteiro que obriga a desligar o wifi do telefone para se conseguir falar é so ridículo. Alguém com problema idêntica?

Do you mean that when receiving a doorbell video call, it takes a long time to view or answer when connecting to the same Wi-Fi as the camera? If so, please confirm the following information for further analysis.


  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a fast internet speed when connecting to the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi?


  2. Please refer to the instructions below to check the signal strength of your doorbell camera, and check the delay between the camera and your phone on the local network.
      How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices 


  3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version? Do you experience the same phenomenon after changing a phone?


  4. Would you please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Yes, the problem only occurs if my device is on the same Wi-Fi network as the video intercom.

Imagine if I'm at a relative's house, this problem doesn't exist; it connects very quickly. Or, if I turn off the Wi-Fi network on my device (smartphone), it also works fine.

There's only a problem when both are on the same network. This problem happens exclusively with the video intercom. I have several TAPO indoor and outdoor cameras, and everything works perfectly. I only have the problem with the video intercom, which is annoying because I have to disconnect from the Wi-Fi if I want to answer someone while I'm at home.

I'm going to record a video of me opening the Tapo app and opening its camera with Wi-Fi and then without Wi-Fi so you can see the difference.
