My tapo C530WS and it freezes after 1-2 seconds
My tapo C530WS and it freezes after 1-2 seconds when starting live view and recorded views. I have hardwired the camera using cat6 ethernet cable. I have reset the camera, tried different video qualities, nothing helps. I have 1 other Tapo c220 camera on same network that work without problems.

1. What's the model number of your router? When connecting a PC to your router with an Ethernet cable, what are the download and upload speeds on your PC?
2. Is the Tapo C520WS connected to your router directly, rather than an AP/RE?
3. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date. If not, uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall the latest one.
4. You can try rebooting your camera, or factory resetting it and reconfiguring it to see if it helps.
5. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? You can test with another phone if you have one and inform us of the test results.
6. Please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Pavan - TP link Archer Ac1200 , download speed is 50 mbps and upload speed 20 mmps
2. Is the Tapo C520WS connected to your router directly, rather than an AP/RE?
Pavan - my model no is tap0 c530ws . its directly connected to router via ethernet cat 6 cable
3. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date. If not, uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall the latest one.
Pavan - App is uptodate
4. You can try rebooting your camera, or factory resetting it and reconfiguring it to see if it helps.
pavan - I tried both and it didnt help

my phone is iphone 15 and having ios 26.1. i have ipad and it is also having same problem as my phone
