24/7 recording (at night)
I've had this camera all of 2 days and I cannot figure how to record 24/7 without an event or how to switch the lights off. Preparing to return it 🤬

If your Tapo camera is powered by a power adapter and cord rather than a battery, please refer to the instructions below to set the camera to record continuously.
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
Note:
1) A microSD card is needed to store continuous video recordings.
2) The battery-powered cameras do not support 24/7 recordings.
What's the model number of your Tapo camera? Which light do you want to switch off? On the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings, which mode is selected?
