I have two new c210 cameras on the new hardware 3.0 and they are terrible! They will disconnect from The network and will not reconnect they go offline when I power cycle the camera they still show orange light and will not connect I have made them there own network WiFi on the 2.4 as instructed and they will not reconnect I have hard reset the cameras multiple times and I don't mean a few I. Mean many many times and they reconnect and In a few days go offline, they are terrible! Do not tell. Me to. Move my camera closer to the WiFi as I have a c210 on hardware 2.0 a foot way and they work perfectly I haven't touched my old 210 in months! The new 210s have issues and it's terrible! Do not tell me it's. My WiFi or how close or how far away it is from my router, it is nothing to do with my network it is your firmware that needs looking into

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.


  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a mesh network? 
  2. Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly, rather than an AP/RE? When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  3. After the camera is working, you can enable the Auto Reboot feature on the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page to see if it helps.
  4. Please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.
