D235 not recording my voice in two-way calls
I purchased a Tapo d235 from Amazon.ca and didn't realize I was getting an EU version. Everything works fine except that my voice is not recorded when initiating a voice call. The person I'm talking with can hear me, and I can hear them in the live view and in the recording. I just can't hear my own voice in the recording. Will this ever be fixed or am I never going to hear my side of the conversation in a recording given that I'm in Canada?

@Wayne-TP Thank you for the reply. Is this also the case with the D225? I will consider purchasing a D225 if its design is different. Thanks so much. Also, can this feature ever be included with a firmware update? I notice that the doorbell chime is recorded, just not my own voice. Thanks.

@BRD_NST This feature works the same on the doorbell models. The doorbell records nearby sounds. When the chime rings loud enough, its microphone will capture the audio.
Feature development and updates are determined by the product department. The forum team does not have access to product roadmap information.
