I bought 5 units of TC82 cameras last year. Only used little longer than 1 year. Now 3 of them are not working with battery power. Only works when plugged in to charger. I did all possible troubleshooting actions such as reboot, reset etc... nothing works.

im very dissapointed with my investment 😕. Cannot accept the battery going dead just after 1year. Any ideas what can i do on this?
