For 2 days my c125 camera no longer works when the Sd card is inserted:
The privacy component is falling (close alone)
A regular noise is heard (each second)
The LED flashes red
The camera works normally when I remove the SD card.
There was no shock on the product that could explain this sudden problem. I bought my camera 5 months ago.

It's hard to say the reported phenomenon is caused by the camera. Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number and capacity of your SD card? Have you changed the SD card before the reported phenomenon started?
2. Please insert a different SD card into the camera if you have one, and test if the camera is working.
3. What do you mean by "the privacy component is falling" after inserting an SD card into the camera? Is privacy mode or privacy zone automatically turned off?
4. Would you please send us a video showing the regular noise after inserting an SD card?
