Hallo, nach einem ganz normalen Neustart spielt die Klingel verrückt. Erst blinkt sie rot, dann kurz orange und dann weiß. In der App taucht sie manchmal auf, aber nur lokal erreichbar. Keine Ahnung was das heißt. In meinem Router ist sie als verbunden markiert. Was ist los mit dem Teil? auch ein Reset auf Werkseinstellung bringt nichts! Immer wieder das gleiche! Ich kann das Gerät noch nicht einmal aus meinem Konto entfernen.

Hi,
It's normal for the Tapo D205's LED to change from flashing red > solid amber > solid white after restarting. Usually, the solid white on the doorbell camera means it's connected to our cloud server and working.

In your situation, does the Tapo D205 have a solid white light but display offline in the Tapo app? Or does the camera not appear in the Tapo app after rebooting? Please describe the phenomenon you encounter in detail so we can assist you further.
