Doorbell Notifications TD21
Recently bought a video doorbell, when I press the button the call comes up on both my phone and my partners phone. When one answers the other phone continuously rings till answered even though the other phone has now hung up
any way round this?

Hi,
The doorbell camera is currently designed in this way.
If you want a specific phone to receive notifications and ring while the other one doesn't, you can go to the other phone's Tapo app > Me > Notifications > Management page to turn off the notification option for the doorbell camera.
