My CCTV device in the Tapo app is showing an Offline status, and on the Tapo TC70 device itself, the indicator light is green and the infrared lights are on, even though it is daytime

Hi, 
In your situation, please turn off the camera, wait two minutes, turn it back on, and then check whether the LED status on the camera is normal and whether the TC70 is online in the Tapo app.

 

If the same phenomenon persists, please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. When the camera has a flashing red and green light, try to configure it and check if it will work.
