Hi,
1. Please uninstall the Tapo app on your phone, ensure your phone has a fast and stable internet connection, then go to Google Play or App Store to download and install the latest Tapo app.
2. Turn off your camera by pressing the power button for three seconds, then turn it back on. Then test whether you can access the camera's Device Settings page. You can reboot your phone for testing if needed.
3. Try a different phone if you have one.
4. If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1) The model number and OS version of your phone.
2) The Tapo app version.
3) A video/picture showing the reported phenomenon.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
