Good evening. I have several Tapo C530WS cameras installed at a country house (four C530WS cameras and two C520WS cameras). I'm having problems with two of the C530WS cameras; when viewing them live, the image isn't sharp. Despite changing the resolution options (3K, 2K, 1080HD, 720) and the frame rate (15, 20, 25), they always appear to have very low resolution. I've noticed that when I adjust the connection speed, these two cameras that are displaying poorly show very low kbps/s, as if they have a poor connection. However, they've all been working perfectly for almost a month, all installed with new cables, and I have plenty of free data on my SIM card. It seems like it's a connection problem. What could be causing this? Thank you. (There are only a few days left until the monthly free trial ends and I fear that they will never all look as clear as they always did before.)

  @TapoC530W-

Hi,
1. Please download a video manually on the camera's live view page, then download it to your phone and check if its resolution matches your camera's settings.

2. You can refer to the following instructions to improve your camera's video quality.
