Please describe the detailed phenomenon you are experiencing so we can better help you. For example, the camera keeps losing connection, video quality drops, or other phenomena?

What's the LED status on the Tapo C520WS? Do they keep online in the Tapo app? Are they installed outdoors?

Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check whether the RSSI value is good (> - 60dBm).

It's recommended to go to your router/AP's management page to check whether each camera connects to the nearest router/AP's Wi-Fi. If not, you may reboot the camera to see if that helps.

The decline in the camera's signal strength may be influenced by environmental factors. A decrease in temperature can slow down the movement of air molecules, potentially affecting signal transmission efficiency. Additionally, in high-humidity environments, the increased water molecules in the air can absorb and scatter wireless signals, leading to weaker signals. 
In your scenario, you might consider installing a C520WS camera indoors to see if it has a better, more stable signal.
