In tapo C560WS 4K 8MP camera there's only 2 video quality option,

4K video quality and 720p.

I think there should be more video quality option is needed like,

2K or 1080p.

Hi @Solla-topee

Thank you for your suggestions. The C560WS supports only two video quality options: 4K and 720p.

I am using the video quality in Auto mode, which records in 4K. However, I am experiencing issues with playback and live streaming from the SD card, as it is lagging.

When it is set to 720p, the playback is smoother, whether for live streaming or recorded videos.

I am accessing it remotely, not on the same network. Without being on the same network, event videos cannot be downloaded.

I need to play the event and record it manually. That is why, if other resolutions are available, I could check with them.

The C560WS was connected to a 5 GHz WiFi network with a decent speed of 100 Mbps for both download and upload.

The camera is located very close to my access point (AP).

For this reason, I think that if more resolutions are available, I could check them.
