Firmware Version: Up to date just did install

I have a c210, had for a couple of days.

always says busy when trying to move the camera about.

its up to date, I have rebooted but still not working.

Hi,
Please refer to Q6 in the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't pan or tilt your camera in the Tapo app.
General questions about the TP-Link camera's Pan & Tilt feature
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to check its hardware and firmware versions. Then, tap the Wi-Fi icon on the Device Info page and check the RSSI value.
  2. Send us a video or screenshots showing the reported phenomenon. You can upload the video or screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
  3. List the troubleshooting you did.

Thank you for your response. I have tried all the troubleshooting. Even adding different view points says it’s Busy. The link you put to send screenshots isn’t Available, do you have an email? Thanks
