Lag after doorbell rung

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.11

The doorbell video works fine when launching from the app directly, but if the doorbell is rung, it never brings up the video.

saw another forum on this portal and saw that a patch of software was provided which fixed this. Can i get the same plz?

Did you change the doorbell-ring notification type to Ring Call? Go to doorbell device settings, click Doorbell, then Doorbell Video Call.
