Model: Tapo C216   Tapo P110  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

I have several devices 2x  C216 cameras and 3 x P110 smart plug all offline when I access the tapo app outside.

Have tried the following and problem still unresolved 

Rebooting all mart devices 

Rebooting Modem

Reset devices 

This is frustrating 😤 .

Hi,
If your ISP is Optus, it's recommended to refer to the thread below for further assistance with the reported phenomenon.
[Tapo Smart Devices] Cannot be controlled remotely on the Optus network in Australia
