Tapo care Recording not working, Notifications not working
I am writing to report an ongoing issue with my Tapo Care service and camera that has been occurring for the last two weeks.
Despite the following:
• iOS fully updated
• Tapo app updated to the latest version
• Notifications enabled in iOS settings, within the Tapo app, and for the specific camera
• Camera hard reset and set up again from scratch
I am still not receiving any motion/alert notifications, and cloud recordings are not working at all.
At this point, I do not understand why I should continue paying for a Tapo Care subscription when the core features of the service (notifications and recordings) are not functioning.
