Tapo care Recording not working, Notifications not working
I am writing to report an ongoing issue with my Tapo Care service and camera that has been occurring for the last two weeks.
Despite the following:
• iOS fully updated
• Tapo app updated to the latest version
• Notifications enabled in iOS settings, within the Tapo app, and for the specific camera
• Camera hard reset and set up again from scratch
I am still not receiving any motion/alert notifications, and cloud recordings are not working at all.
At this point, I do not understand why I should continue paying for a Tapo Care subscription when the core features of the service (notifications and recordings) are not functioning.

1. Send me (@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Please enable the Alarm feature in the Tapo app for your camera, then test if the camera alarms after detecting events.

@Solla-topee all the verificarions and tests were already done.
I have 5 cameras and none of them is working.

Hi,
In your situation, take the Tapo C520WS with the MAC address you sent me as an example.
1. Please enable the Alarm feature in the Tapo app for your camera, then test if the camera alarms after detecting events.

2. Our camera can only send notifications and store detection video clips on our cloud server after detecting events. If the camera's detection feature does not work(the camera does not alarm after detecting an event), it's recommended to refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.

3. If the detection feature is working, please refer to the instructions to collect the camera log for further analysis.

@Solla-topee alarm is working for all devices. Diagnostic is not possible. I need a SD card to activate the diagnostic option. I Will not purchase a SD card just for this issue.
