I recently updated my camera and after update the blinking green light just turned off. I thought it was a power supply problem but when I use the power supply of my other unit it is still off. I tried the reset button but no luck.
Any help is appreciated. The camera is just a month old.

If there is no power outage during firmware update, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check whether the camera is under warranty.
