I've reset this a number of times and reinstalled the app.  A few weeks the ago the app suddenly said it was out of charge.  I charge it and it said 100% for a couple of weeks, so I rebooted it.  Since then the app says it needs charging but after a number of recharges and resets it still says the same.  I've taken the SD card out and it is still recording video.  The doorbell still chimes when pushed.  Notifications are still sent.  The app for my router says it has a strong signal. The video still worked when I was setting it up again after a reset,  but on the app it says it's offline because it needs charging.

 

Anything else I can try?

Do you use an Android phone or an iPhone? We have a beta app that might help with this case.

  @Wayne-TP I have a Nokia Android phone.  I've also got an old Huawei tablet with the app installed which behaves the same way.
