I'm stuck.
Had the camera for about a year. It has stopped tracking people despite detecting them. Only works when you have the setting chosen for person and motion to be detected for the full area.
I have hard reset it, removed camera from app, had sensitivities up to 10 for both motion and person...

How to improve the motion tracking effect of my camera
Please confirm the following information for further analysis if the same phenomenon persists.
1. After you set the detection zone for person detection, have you received a person detected notification if the camera does not track the person?
2. Please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon, then send us the screenshots of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, the detection zone page, and the enabled detection types pages.
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
