Ich würde gerne die Geofencing Funktion nutzen, um den Privatsphärenmodus zu deaktivieren/aktivieren.

Leider klappt es mit der Automation nicht. 

Was kann ich machen?

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported phenomenon.
What can I do if the Smart Action/Automation doesn't take effect as expected?
 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
  2. What's your phone's model number and OS version?
  3. If you delete the Geofencing entries in the Tapo app, then add them again to turn on or off your camera's privacy mode, will the new entries take effect?

Neue Einträge funktionieren leider auch nicht.

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon for further analysis.

 

  1. What's your Tapo camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?

 

  2. Have you referred to Case 1 in the following instructions to check whether the related settings are correct on your phone?
      What can I do if the Smart Action/Automation doesn't take effect as expected?

 

  3. If your phone's settings are correct but the reported phenomenon persists, please uninstall the Tapo app on your Android phone, copy this link, and paste it into your phone's browser, click Enter to download and install the Tapo debug app(Tapo Trial app). Then follow the steps below to export the app log for further analysis.
  1) Use the Tapo Trial App to try to reproduce the reported phenomenon.
  2) After the phenomenon is reproduced, go to App > Me > About, and click the Tapo icon 10 times on the About page (if it requests storage permission, please agree, so that the log can be saved to local storage on the phone), and the log will be imported to the mobile phone directory-TPLINK folder.
  3) Click the Share button to send us the files. (You can also send the app log to support.forum@tp-link.com with the subject: forum ID 849436 + your nickname)
After you send us the app log, please reply to this thread to let us know.
