I think this applies to all Tapo doorbells, but does anyone know exactly why when playing recordings back, only the caller at the door can be heard, not the person inside.
This is really unacceptable, you should be able to. hear both sides
@Dave12c1 Any fix for this. It's really annoying. Fingers crossed for a fix.
I noticed @GJY has posted a thread for this feature in the feature request block, Tapo doorbell only records ringers voice not homeowner., you can cast your vote for it and leave comments there.
Our product team will review the feature requests regularly, hot topics with detailed background information (e.g., use scenarios, reasons why you want or don't want a particular feature, etc) will be prioritized for evaluation.
