Camera doesn't do anything
Hi, Yesterday I tried to update the new available firmware. Somehow the update stopped and the camera said update not installed. Now the camera doesn't turn on, no lights, nothing. I tried to reset, nothing. The power cord works.
Does anybody have an idea?

Hi,
If there is no power outage to the camera during firmware upgrade, you can try again to unplug the power cord to the camera, plug it back in, wait for two minutes, and press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check the LED status on the camera.
If the camera still shows no light, please contact your retailer or the local support team to check whether it is under warranty.
