Camera won’t link with Tapo plan
Hello. After resetting my camera to try and fix lagging in the recording it now isn't working with my Tapo care plan. I've tried removing it and readding it to the premium plan, and it's saving, but I can't access any of the enhanced features.

1. On the Tapo C420's Live View > Tapo Care page, please send us a screenshot of this page to confirm if this camera enjoys the Tapo Care plan.
2. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message. You can go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to find its MAC address.
3. What enhanced features are you referring to? Do any errors appear when you try to use them?
