Tapo 532SW in Synology surveilance: too low resolution
I just connected my new 530WS to Synology surveilance.
There is no 530 in the list so i had to label it as C520WS; regardless the only stream offered within Synology in 640x360 which is terrible
this is supposed to be a 3K camera
The connection is via ethernet cable
How can I increase it?

Hi,
Usually, when you establish an RTSP/Onvif connection with the Tapo C530WS, you can select to stream in high resolution (stream1) or low resolution (stream2). Below are the detailed instructions.
How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol
In your situation, do you have other devices (including via Tapo app or RTSP/Onvif connection) that stream the camera's live feed? If so, how many devices are streaming the camera simultaneously, at what resolution?
You can also contact Synology technical support to see if they have any suggestions regarding the reported phenomenon.
Best Regards
