What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. What's the brand and series of the SD card? You can refer to the instructions below to find a compatibility list of microSD cards we have tested. Is your SD card listed?
What type of microSD card does Tapo Camera support?
2. If you have tested your SD card by following the instructions "How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards" with third-party software such as H2testW, please send us a picture of the test result.
