Cannot playback issue Tapo H500
I have been using the Tapo H500 for a few months and experienced several times being unable to playback.
The cameras are connected and recording, the playback calendar showed blue dot(which means have recording on the dates).
However, the app showed "no recording" when I pressed in the camera's playback menu.
At first I thought it was my mobile internet connection problem, but it was the same under the wifi network.
Second I thought the H500 was overloaded, I turned off AI function and disconnected a few cameras, worked once.
Unusually the playback function will resume (by luck, maybe next hour or next day)
Last night the same happened. I reboot the H500 and H500 showed that I have to format the HDD.
Anyone experiencing the same ? I guess this is some kind some bug here ?
