Unable to download cloud footage because connection not private
My camera has been stolen and I have been trying to get access to my cloud videos from that camera by contacting privacy@tp-link.com. But when they sent me a download link and I entered the data download password, I got a warning "Your connection is not private", and the web address that the warning came from was https(in red) //tsp-api.i.tplinknbu.com. The warning also said "attackers might be trying to steal your information from tsp-api.i.tplinknbu.com".
I have been trying to get access to my cloud footage for over a week, and at first the privacy team sent me what seems to have been an invalid password, and now they have sent me a new password, which led to the above-mentioned warnings. Can anyone please advise me what to do about this problem, because I need urgent access to my cloud footage, and TP-Link's privacy team are causing me problems, and they have not treated my case as urgent. Thank you.
