Tapo c560 ws will not return to its original position
I bought my tapo c560ws just this month. 2 weeks after mounting it, i noticed that the view from the live is has a different angle compared to the viewpoint. This will be of no use if the camera is alread facing a different angle. I hope this will be address asap.

hello! I updated the firmware, as what you have stated in the email. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem. I already emailed a video. Thank you!

Does this happen after a firmware update or during normal operation? In my case, the camera lost its position after every firmware update, and the saved default positions were no longer correct.

Hi,
What's your camera's model number, firmware, and hardware version? You can find them in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
Please describe the phenomenon you are experiencing in detail so we can assist further. For example, after a firmware update, the camera does not return to the saved default position, but returns to the central position, as if a Pan & Tilt correction was performed, or other phenomena.
Best Regards
