H500 Hub with C545D
Please help tapo hub and c545d doesn't work together. Can't add to the hub, even latest firmware updated. Please help.

The latest firmware (1.1.5 Build 251223 Rel.40022n) for the Tapo C545D supports storing the camera's video recordings on the hub H500. The new firmware is being released gradually. If your camera has not yet received the new firmware, please wait patiently. Once the update is complete, the camera can work with the hub (store videos on the hub).

Hi did updated to the latest one. But I don't think I have the same version as you mentioned.
Checked on tapo apps for C545D and H500 Hub.
No firmware updated.

I have the same issue , even with the mayest update on both C545D firmware ( 1.3.12 ) and H500 firmware ( 1.1.5)
still I can't add the c545D into the h500
im planning to reset the C545D and add back again

Hi,
In the Tapo app, please go to the Tapo C545D's Live View page, tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner, then open Device Settings > Device Info, and double-check the camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version.
Please send us the model and version info. The latest firmware for the Tapo C545D is v1.1.5, rather than v1.3.12.
