iphone 13 pro max

ios 26.2.1

tapo baby camera c840 , firmware 1.4.2

tapo v3.17.103

Problem:

I click the c840 to view a bigger size of the screen in the tapo app, the tapo app goes freeze and i can't access any function of the app. I tried updating ios to latest version, update the tapo app to latest version, update the firmware to latest version and even reinstall tapo app. All does not solve the problem. The tapo app works properly with c840 in past few days but it does not work starting from today.

My husband is an android user using samsung s22 and tapo app works well with C840. Therefore, the possibility of malfunction of C840 can be excluded. I suspects this may be a bugs for ios version of tapo app. Anyone has the same experience with me and how to solve it?

The baby cam is very useful for me as it can let me monitor my infant baby anytime. I hope Tapo team can investigate it and solve the problem asap! thanks!
