Model: TC85
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Similar to previous threads, I have just purchased 3x TC85 cameras with a H500 Homebase. After the firmware update to 1.1.0 Build 241119 all 3 cameras are effectively bricked..

I am unable to reset the cameras (hard reset via button on camera doesn't do it) and while they appear to connect to the app, you cant actually connect or interact in any way.

Also deleting them from the app does nothing - they automatically reappear within minutes.

Seems like a problem with the update interfering wih the Wi-Fi connection

Literally purchased this week.

Any ideas?

This firmware version is not newly released and is unlikely to be the cause of the issue. Firmware upgrade failures can result from multiple factors, such as a sudden power interruption, the app closing unexpectedly during the update, or possible network fluctuations. The latter may not always manifest in an obvious way, for instance, a complete network outage, but more often as brief, transient instability.

In your case, please make sure to disable the anti‑theft alarm before attempting a reset, otherwise, the reset will not proceed. How do I disable the Anti-theft alarm of my Battery-Powered Camera? And most importantly, double‑check that you are performing the reset steps correctly: press and hold the RESET button for 10 seconds.

If the device still does not respond, it most likely requires replacement, or you may consult the support team, see if they have any suggestions for your model. Contact Technical Support
