Hallo, seit gestern aktualisiert sich die Kamera nicht mehr. Bewegung wird erkannt und auch gesendet. Ich muss aber jedes mal die Kamera neu starten. WLAN ist stabil und LED Leuchte an der Kamera ist auf grün.
App wurde bereits de- und wieder installiert. Außerdem kann ich KEIN anderes WLAN Netz wählen, nur das, was ich als erstes angegeben habe.
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Usually, a solid green light on the camera means it's configured successfully. In your situation, do you have a problem watching the camera's live feed, or does the camera frequently go offline in the Tapo app, or do you experience other phenomena?

How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
If you want to connect the camera to another Wi-Fi network, please ensure it's a secure 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, and ensure it can be connected on your phone, and it's working. Then, you can press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, and then reconfigure the camera to connect to the new Wi-Fi network.
