Standalone No WiFi
I bought the Tapo C110 to use standalone (recording to micro SD card) in my Mother's house which has no WiFi. I used my home WiFi to set the camera up and check everything was working which it was.
I then unplugged the camera and took it to my Mum's house which has no WiFi expecting it to record to SD card but it doesn't.

Hi
Camera seems to be working now.
Formatted SD card then ensured it was recording when connected to WiFi via motion detection. Unplugged it and took it to no WiFi area, left it overnight then brought it back to WiFi area and was able to view captured videos on the SD card. Exactly what I wanted it to do.

Hi @Drew54
Welcome to the Community!
If you finished setting up the camera and all of its recording parameters (e.g., 24/7 continuous recording), it should continue to record in the event of a network outage―or lack of network connectivity entirely.
What local recording settings are you using on the camera?
How did you verify it was no longer recording after relocating the camera?
