Firmware Version: Don’t know

My tapo c200 is continuously red, did reset 5sec, more than 10 seconds , nothing happens, did all suggestions mentioned here, re plug-in after 10min and even after 24hrs  , removed the camera from tapo app, now not able to add, as it doesn't shows in app. The Wi-Fi of tapo also not visible. Did not try to upgrade the hardware as well. May anyone guide the right way??

Hi,
From your description, your Tapo C200 may be faulty. It's recommended to contact the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
 

Note: It's suggested to remove the picture that includes the MAC address from this thread.
