I bought a pack of two Tapo C410 cameras last year.  They worked fine till a a few weeks ago when I charged them up.  Since then I've rebooted them and reset them, but they're not picking anything up.  Since last year they have been installed in the same place at the same angle and the Wi-Fi signal is fine.  When I look at the camera, there's no green light even when I'm in the detection area.  They just aren't picking anything up and have just stopped working.  I can still see a picture when I look through the camera on the app. It just isn't detecting anything.  I also have a tap out doorbell camera that works fine even after I charge it up it's just the two C410 cameras that don't.  Please help.

Hi,
You can refer to Part 2 of the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported phenomenon.
What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
  1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, send us the screenshots of the detection page, the enabled detection types pages, the wake-up sensitivity page, and the detection zones page.


  2. Have you enabled the Notification or Alarm feature on the camera to test whether the detection feature is working?


  3. Could you please send us a video showing that events are occurring within the detection zone, but the camera can't detect them? You can record a video manually in the Tapo app > camera's live View page.


  4. Then, please upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
