Could you please guide me on whether the sound (audio) hardware can be disabled manually in the TP-Link Tapo C320WS 2K 4MP 1440p outdoor camera? Specifically, I would like to know if there is any option to physically or permanently disable the microphone/speaker function on this device.

I am attaching the photo of the camera for your reference. Kindly provide the steps or confirmation at your earliest convenience.

Hi,
There is no option to physically or permanently disable the microphone/speaker function. However, on the camera's Talk or Voice Call page, you can tap the icon in the top-right corner to completely mute the camera microphone and speaker volume.
