Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Have you enabled the Motion Tracking/Auto Tracking feature in the Tapo C216?
2. When you move the camera's viewpoint to the preset one, does the camera not return to the correct preset viewpoint after each tracking, and have a 5-10 degree offset?
3. After you pan & tilt the camera to a different viewpoint manually in the Tapo app, then tap the preset viewpoint on the Pan & Tilt page, does the camera not rotate to the correct preset viewpoint?
4. Please send me (@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message. You can find it in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
