Hello!

I have two C420 cameras. For about 1,5 weeks the app shows no picture. It's loading for about 1 minute than it stops and the screen remains black.

I've tried several resets, including the hub, etc.

When I move in front of the camera, the green light shows, so the camera recognizes my movement.

Why is there no image in the app? Any ideas how to fix this?
